Did the game get a new overall system or are the ratings for players & teams just not updated?

For example, Wayne Rooney is a 75 while Ibra is 71

Probably just a bug. I noticed mid-match it showed all of my teams ratings as "1" in Pro Clubs.

The ratings aren't final anyway. Nothing to worry about.

I had this on career mode my players have gone down to 60 rated
