My friend and I are having the exact same problem. We both purchased a modded account and this error message popped up when we selected to transfer. This is the first thing I have been able to find on the internet about the issue. Please keep us updated! Really want to use my new account!

Yeah totally what we get. Just because we want to experience the new things in a game without busting our butts spending countless hours trying to get everything or spending real life money on thing means we are greedy. Not level 3000+ either, just 250

It would appear it has nothing to do with the stats bud. Also greed would be rockstar making everything so unattainable so they can charge $100 for $8million shark cards lmfao

Yeah it's definitely a server issue i just tried to transfer an old xbox 360 account which had never been modded on all legit stats and still got the same error. I seem to recall a similar thing happened quite a while ago and sounds like rockstar are fixing the issue so should all be sorted soon

That is hope kneller97. Can you keep trying to transfer occasionally and keep us updated? Crippy, I sure hope it's not that. However, can you continue to dig and update on your findings? Id like to be able to play!

I hope it's not because the account has violated the game license. There would be information available if that were the case because it's something new that added. Just a few days ago some people were able to transfer modded accounts. But according to kneller it is happening with a legitimate account.

If anybody grts anymore news on this just put it in this post please it would b a great help to all of the modders and there customers thankyou
