Why do you feel you need an upgrade? What do you feel your PC isn't doing that you want it to?

Skylake i5 and a 380x will still be plenty for playing AAA titles at high-very high settings at 1080p. You shouldn't upgrade based on the guess that you might need better performance, IMO. Just upgrade when you do need to.

If you really want to upgrade right now, a GTX 1070 would be my suggestion for a GPU upgrade. An RX 480/GTX 1060 wouldn't be worth it IMO. You could grab another 380x and add it in XFire if you want. Other than that, I'd suggest maybe grabbing another 8GB RAM and some more storage, 120GB is pretty minimal. Plus, more SSD's never hurt.
