Every time I try to connect to the minimap screen from battlelog.com, it gives me an error saying that my pc and xbox are not on the same local network.
Both my pc and xbox are running on the same network so I cannot figure out this problem.
Anybody mind helping me out? I have a 14 day trial code I can give to anyone that can crack this for me.
Thank you.

Okay, so you're using Xbox Smartglass correct? First thing you should do is update the app. Uninstall it and then go to the Windows Store and download the newest version.

Uninstalled and redownloaded newest version. Tried the minimap and still no connection :/

Guac wroteOkay, that's strange. Since I'm on my laptop right now and Smartglass has no issues connecting to my Xbox. I really want to help you out on this but don't know anything else other than updating smartglass and ensuring that your Xbox is set to allow connections through the app (on your xbox go to settings > preferences > xbox app connections > allow)Halo wrote Okay, so you're using Xbox Smartglass correct? One more thing, perhaps set up a static IP address and then when you look for your device on Xbox smartglass enter the static IP and see if it pops up then.
