Just think about your future health and where you wanna be. I didn't have a problem with weight loss I'm a pretty skinny guy. But I use to smoke a ton of cigs and I really thought to myself one day, wow how will my health be in 10 years? Do I wanna get lung cancer, do I wanna be able to do certain things such as sports etc. If you really are serious about losing weight and want to better yourself you can do it. But do it for you dont do it because you're getting bullied, harassed etc. You should always love yourself for who you are. Good luck man.

I think to myself whenever I work out or hit the gym it's all about self confidence how do you feel when you go to beach or your local pool and have to take your shirt off. If you have any doubt about it than you should definitely be hitting the gym or running. Allot of being healthy is what you put in your body too eat things that have high protein and less fat also cut things like bread and foods that have lots of surgars. Look up the rock motivation on YouTube definitely get your attitude in check. Best of luck man!

It needs to be in you to get motivation, if it's not you'll get on the scale in 3 days, see no change and either work a lot harder, or give up. Or, you'll loose a couple pounds and either start lightening up and doing less then go nowhere, or work harder until you plateau and give up.
Challenge yourself, don't look at the weight numbers though. For example, I used to drink 2-3 cans of Coke per day. I challenged myself to see how many days I could go without drinking a soda. Almost a year later I've drank 4 sodas (off the top of my head that I can remember) since then. I lost a few pounds too.
Also I'm a very budget minded person. I can go to Mcdonalds and easily spend 10 bucks on 1 meal, or I can go to a steak house and make that 10 dollar meal my dinner and the next days lunch. By saving money, I'm eating less and losing weight.
Something I just found out is try to do your work out when it's really hot. I don't know if it was some freak thing, but I went down to California for a week on a job, and it was heavy lifting and a real workout in 100 degree+ weather. I lost 9 pounds on that trip. Yeah working in heat sucks, but damn I lost a lot of weight lol.
To be honest, that's just what works for me, it may not work for you. Like I said, money motivates me, and I'm a competitive person. I will see just how far I can really take something and I'm eating less, and drinking almost no soda, just water and occasionally a Gatorade.
A little story with a good moral at the end:
I used to do odd jobs for a while, and it got to the point I didn't know why I was doing it. I mean, I had a lot of money, my truck was paid off, and I had very little bills. Why was I working? The simple answer was I wanted to buy a house or some place to live that I could call mine. I got on Craigslist and looked at places and even a "cheap" dump that didn't even look livable was still over 50k. I broke that down to 5k hours (if I did spend a penny) at my 10/hr wage, which was 625 8 hour days, almost 2 years. That's a big mountain to climb then you add in everything like repairs to my truck, gas, insurance, food, and that goal was unreachable. It got to the point I didn't want to go to work. I've watched Roman Atwood for a while and in his vlog one of those days he said "do what you gotta do today so you can do what you want to do tomorrow", then he went on to say something about even if that goal is seemingly unreachable, still go for it because if you don't you'll never get it. I would watch a motivational video everyday before work just to pick my ass up off the bed to remind myself this is my goal, and I want to get there. This video hit me hard:
When you want to be successful as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful.

When it comes to losing weight I just thought about the bitties. A lot easier to get girls once I lost I got abs because for some odd reason it felt like that's all girls cared about.

Keep your head up, keep a schedule, once you get used to a routine you will find it easier to deal with.
Stay positive and good luck

The end goal should be enough motivation to get you there in the first place. Otherwise you'll give up and not reach your goal. The motivation is a more aesthetic and healthier body and a longer life. You can definitely do it mate, it's just if you want it badly enough.
Losing weight isn't that hard, just eat in a caloric defecit and you wont physically be consuming enough calories to maintain your current weight, thus you will lose weight. All you need to do is eat less food than you need, you don't even need to eat all healthy food, you could still eat all junk food and still lose weight.
I'd recommend going out at the start of the week and buying your whole week's food and then you know you've got food for the week. You wont be going to a fast food shop to get food because you'll already have food at home and the money would just be wasted. Especially if you have a specific diet that you're going to stick to and the food you bought for the week is related to that diet.
If you need any help regarding a diet/routine then reply back or give me a PM and I'll happily help you. I'm very knowledgeable with anything fitness or health related.
