I was using my pc today and everything was fine, I left for work and when I came home the pc will not turn on at all! I have tried taking power cable out and stuff like that but I'm thinking I need a new psu. I have been getting some anti surge detections for a few months now but never really gave it much thought... Is it my psu that's dead or what do I do

As far as I can see, the motherboard isn't getting power. I'm going to get a new psu and if it's not the psu that was faulty, I'll return it and try a new cpu.

Shoot me a private message if you haven't already made an investment in a new PSU. The issue could be something you could fix by hand.

Have you made sure all of your hardware is inside your PC case such as your graphics card, PSU, motherboard etc, a common mistake.
