Anyone know how to fix the job request issue?

There's a lock next.to every contacts request job option and it's ruining the online experience.

Say you were to call Lester or Martin on your phone and the menu comes up on the right.

Usually this would say place bounty or request boat or car ect. There's also an option to request a job from one of your contacts.

I can't do this on any of the contacts because there is a padlock symbol next to the option to request a job.

Basically meaning I can't make any money. Ultimately ruining my online experience.
