Okay so I received my Graphics card,PSU & case so after i got home from work I built the pc, plugged HDMI in work fine but locked after the BIOs menu, unplugged card work fine then realised I had a old motherboard with has compatible issue with high end cards, sooner after that every time I turned on the of it would turn off within 5 seconds all fans spin but then turns off.

PC Specs:
I5-3470k
8GB Kingston DDR3
CX500w corsair PSU
MSI GTX970 Armour OC 4GB Edition
Gigabyte H61M-DS2 DVI

I had an issue like this before, too it to a PC mechanic and they got it resolved. The issue was the PSU and the HeatSink. Maybe try replacing the PSU.
