Hey guys, the pcpartpicker link is below!
If you guys think i could possibly squeeze in any better parts please let me know, I'm trying to get the best bang for buck. I'm working on a tight budget and im trying to keep the overall price around $450 or under.
Thanks!
PPP.

$20 cheaper, and significantly better. About $120 left for GPU, so your best bet would be an RX 460. If you could manage to get an RX 470 or maybe even an R9 380(x), maybe even used, then that would be a great option, but an RX 460 will do the job if it's the best you can manage. The RX 460 is basically the modern equivalent of the 270x, but it has the newer tech and features, a huge die shrink and smaller manufacturing process, so a 460 would be a better option than a 270x IMO. You should be able to get a 4GB 460 for around $120-$130. If not, you'll definitely be able to get a 2GB variant within budget.
