Hello, I recently traded my two unlocked iPhone 5S's for an iPhone 6S but it's locked and the owner did not tell me this information. Is there any way I can get this phone unlocked?

Yeah as per the above user. Reach out to the owner, who knows, they could have had find my phone enabled on the phone without knowing. There is other ways but I'm not sure if its patched. The old DNS icloud bypass, you can YouTube it for tutorials

The problem is, is that the person who I traded the phones with, is not the original owner and it was already iCloud locked prior

Sounds like they pulled one on you. I doubt Apple will do anything about it, you can try a DNS bypass again but not 100% sure if still working or not

You've been scammed dude. DNS bypass will allow you to use some features
