Hey guys, my friend knows absolutely nothing about computer parts and he wants to build a pc, can anyone here make a build on partpicker or newegg for me/him that is 800$ or under? thank you so much. He prefers to have an intel processor

Please do not let him buy that, it's terrible. The motherboard is a waste of money. The PSU is terrible. The cooler is totally unnecessary, waste of money. Case isn't very good, especially for its price.
We need more info to be able to help you. We need to know if your friend needs peripherals, or what exactly he need within budget? What will the system actually be used for? If he doesn't need a monitor, what monitor is he using?
