So I have my pre order sorted does this mean I get to play Fifa 17 early as it ain't a disc it's a download code so wouldn't you have to wait till release date?

No. The code will come with the Xbox One S.

I'm not 100% sure, but I imagine it'll make you wait until release date seeing as it's almost like ordering from the XB store. You'll probably use the code, and then it'll act like it's a pre-order. Could be wrong though

The bundle is released on 22nd and comes with 1 month EA Access, which is the same day the early access goes live for FIFA 17. You will get 10 hours gameplay with the bundle I guess before the whole game unlocks on release day.
