Can someone link me to a cheap, good 4K monitor, looking for a 21.5 inch one, which isn't going to set me back to much

Why are people linking 1080p monitors? OP clearly asked for a 4k monitor.
OP- We need your budget and currency to be able to help. We also need to know your PC specs, no point getting a 4k monitor if you can't run 4k well. You're also not going to get a 21.5" 4K monitor. Lowest you'll get is probably 23 or 24", and anything smaller than 27" at 4k is a bad choice since it scales weird.

With a CPU that's from 2014, and an integrated GPU that is severely under powered you're not going to have the best time running 4k let alone trying to game at 4k.
If you want a higher resolution monitor, a 1440p or a widescreen monitor would be your best bet.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Widescreen monitor, it's 29inch which may be a bit bigger than you wanted.

Keep in mind, without display port you will be limited to 4k at 30hz.
