As you can see by the title I've got a few problems with my phone and would be grateful if anyone can give any advice on what to do as I get an upgrade soon but I still need this phone for another 3 weeks.
to begin with the battery will either take ages to charge then just randomly discharge it self or it will take well over a 10 hours to fully charge. such as last night but it on charge at 10 o'clock woke up at 6 this morning and it was on 35 percent.
but the charge last ages which confuses me.
Second problem: it goes through patches off extreme lag or just crashes and then gets extremely hot I've got an app which just closes all background apps and apps that are running and it helps a bit but nothing major.
so anyone got a fix for this? or any advice ?

That is weird for that phone, have you tried quick chargers or are you using the original? (respond for battery answer)
as for crashing most likely caused by OOM. The heat is the battery discharging.

yeah I think the shop that fitted my new screen might of done something to it then, cause it was fine and since I got it back its been slow as hell or it could be a coincidence that its suddenly went wrong but I get upgrade in 3 weeks just I need something like a quick fix cause I haven't used it at all today basically and its at 30% since being of charge at 9 oclock.

I would go to the shop and file a complaint, thats so wrong of them if they actually tampered with your device. Sucks man I hope you get everything sorted out.

It could be a faulty screen placement, just the slightest out of line sometimes can scratch the battery terminal, if it was the case that they did, I would like a complaint as said above.
Also what was your main charger a fast or a regular?
Becuase here is a possible reason for battery fault
Very simply
If your phone cane with the out of the box normal non turbo charger and you out it on a turbo for so long, you begin to wear that battery out..
Put yourself into ap fastboot and check your battery status :p
