I got my PS4 back in June 2015, i havent played it whole lot (probably less than 100-150 hours) and whenever I load games and play them, it gets very loud. I just opened up my PS4 and cleaned out the fan which wasnt very dirty at all and loaded up black ops 3 and lone behold it was still loud. The only thing i can think of is that my dog chewed the end of the power cord a while back when i was moving so maybe its not getting enough power? Any thoughts?

bro that is literally what he was saying -_-
The same shit happens with me, I know why, I think, I always accidentally unplug my ps4 when it's on rest mode & I'm pretty sure that's why it does that because it didn't start doing it until recently.

I purchased my PS4 in June 2015. I did use compressed air when I cleaned out the fans. Still having this issue
