title says it all really, reason being is because if you buy from the hong kong store you can get the game on the 26.9.16

You'd need to change your Xbox to Hong Kong and your account and buy Homg Kong currency and buy the game but I could be wrong some don't need to change their account but my friends did

yeah i would just change my location to hong kong then buy it and when its released change back to UK on 29.9.16

Your account needs to be changed to that region as well. (Can change account regions once every 12 months I believe)
