What OS are you running? Windows, presumably?

Okay, the way you described configured has me in two areas right now. Are you trying to move games over from one drive to another or are you trying to set up your new HDD so you can put whatever files you want on it?

If you're trying to move files between the drives simply go to the files and either copy them or cut them (CRTL+X for cut) and paste them into your new drive. If the games are installed on Steam, you can install them on another drive when you download a game. It gives you the option of your main Steam folder or you can create a new folder for Steam to download games, that's where you can put them at. If you don't have Steam on another drive, go to (yours may be different)

C:\Steam\steamapps\common

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

Copy the game(s) you want and just throw them onto a random folder for now on your new HDD. Back onto Steam, go into your Steam library and download a random game. When downloading the game, find the option that asks where you want to download and have it download under your new drive and where it creates a new folder for you. Once that game is downloaded, go ahead and drag all the games you got from your SSD and put them into the new Steam\steamapps\common folder. After that head back to Steam and in your library, right click all the games you transferred, click "Delete Local Content." After that's all deleted, install the game again, but this time, make sure the game is trying to install the game from your new HDD, it will recognise that there are the game files and will verify them really quick, after that your game is done and ready to play.

If you need to set up your new HDD, press the Window Key+R and type in (without the quotes) "diskmgmt.msc" and hit enter. Once the program loads up you should see all your drives showing in the program. You may notice two things, at the bottom you will have one drive showing as a blue line with the driver letter and capacity; where as your new HDD will be shown with a black line that says Unallocated, the one with the black is what you'll be working with. Right click the box with the black line, and click "New Simple Volume." After that just click next, use the default volumes that are provided, click next again and here you can change your driver letter. So your main drive, being your SSD is under C: filepath, you can change this one to D: or A: or X: or whatever letter you want. Click next and make sure under "Format this volume" your file system is NTFS and Allocation Unit Size is default. You can type in whatever you want for your volume label, I personally just don't bother. Keep "Perform a quick format" checked, hit next, then finish and your drive should be up and running.
