So let's say a woman finally gets her name put on a house title with the man, and they split up.
Who gets what and how is it determined?
I'd like serious answers please.

Well, they have a Prenup before the wedding to decide if anything like a divorce, or a death would cause who to receive what.
But most I believe don't do Prenups and if you have financial power of the household and depending on who had the title first, who pays on it, etc. Its mostly up to the divorce court to choose who gets what/ most of the time the women get the better side, but not always.
Go look into it more if you're curious.

I'm not too knowledgeable in the subject, but the way I BELIEVE it works is it depends on how the house was owned. Did you guys own it out right as in no mortgage? Or did you guys have a mortgage? If the house was financed then I believe that who ever has less financial power will end up with the option to take over the house provided no prenup or other agreed upon situation. That person probably can't hold the payments, so if they don't want to do that or you prove that they can't hold the payment, then the house will be sold, the bank will be paid the remaining amount owed, and the rest of the money gets split "evenly" between the couple.
If it is owned outright I'm pretty sure that's a crapshoot in your situation. Since you were on the title longer, you have more money into it so it could go to you, or since she probably doesn't have the financial means to move to a different place it may go to her. It may just as easily be rules that the equity of the house needs to be split between the two of you which is basically valuing the house at X and you two have the opportunity to buy each other's equity, or sell the house and split the money.

Prenup and if there was none, usually it's ruled in the woman's favor or you can go to a lawyer if she's a rational woman

If a married couple are both put onto the deed of a house and in the event that there's a divorce later on down the road, usually you're able to decide in court how you want to split things up if the agreement is mutual on both parties then the courts will take it into consideration, however if no agreement can be made then the courts make the decision themselves and it'll probably be about a 60/40 split.
