Hey man I just had a look at your Youtube page and noticed a couple of things.

Firstly you don't have your homepage setup so it kinda looks like you don't have any content. This sucks because I think your videos are informative and people could benefit from them but maybe they don't realize you have stuff uploaded!

Secondly the thumbnails for your videos should grab more attention. For my videos I have a Photoshop document made which is 1280x720 with a minimum width of 640 pixels for best resolution. Then I just take a screen shot of an interesting moment in my video and add a vibrant title over it. It seems unnecessary but think about whether you personally would click a video that has a simple thumbnail or one that looks a little bit flashy and gives you an idea of the video's content.
