My friend is looking to build a pc but isn't sure what parts he needs and neither am I so I thought I would come here to ask.

What is your budget and currency? £1000 GBP
Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes most likely something mechanical
Do you need a mouse? Yes, if you could include the logitech G402 in the build that would be great
Do you need an operating system? Yes please he would do it the dodgy way but he doesn't trust it
What will you use the PC for? Mainly for csgo

I included a nice little RGB mouse but you can get the G402 instead if you want. Nice mech keyboard with Cherry MX switches. Nice ultrawide IPS monitor, it has a 75Hz refresh rate as well so that'll be nice, especially for CSGO. Nice big SSD. i5 and GTX 1060 is plenty for 2560x1080. Nice little cooler and a nice case with LEDs. Get your OS from G2A, Kinguin, eBay, /r/microsoftsoftwareswap or something for less than £25.
