Are you trying on the account that you first bought the pics with?

So you're on a brand new Xbox, using a USB Device as your main storage, and the gamerpics are not showing up? What's showing up right now?

Since you are using a USB what you can easily do is use "Horizon" -

And use their gamerpic injector to add gamerpics to resolve your issue, you won't need worry about buying them.

i bought a Xbox with a 320gb in it and all my stuff is on the usb but I dosent show some stuff show and on my old Xbox it was fine but there was some gamer pics I bought with my banned acc in 2012 and those don't show but when I had the broken Xbox it was cool

That's because you originally bought the content on that other Xbox, it's the same case as if you were to have DLC from your old Xbox and put that on your USB then tried to use it on the new 320GB Xbox, it wouldn't work.

So you may need to do what I suggest, use the gamerpic injector. Honestly it's very simple to do, I haven't done it in many years but I could help you if you need it. You never need to worry about buying gamer pictures after that.

Just move everything that's on your USB to your HDD on your Xbox, except for your profile, if your profile gets corrupted that means you didn't rehash & resign and you will need to download it again on your 360 which should take like 6 minutes, maybe sooner.
