Looking to get one ready for the Scorpio, looks like I'll be needing to get an upgrade for my pc also, thanks everyone for the help.

Lol. Okay, well, an old FM2+ APU isn't going to run 4k comfortably, at all. "Scorpio" also won't be playing games at 4k anyway. It will run 1080p, upscaled to 4k. It's not worth going and spending hundreds of dollars on a monitor to use on an Xbox, when your PC is running an old APU, IMO. Also, again, as I said, 27" is going to be the minimum you want for a 4k panel, 24" is absolutely not ideal. If you're using it for a console, I'd even say 27" would be too small.

I got one of these only it had HDMI too. Been great for me.

Have a look at QNIX and other Korean monitors for a very good price. They use all the same panels as samsung etc anyway. Vet=y impressed with mine.
