As long as I know that I can do my job successfully, efficiently and that other people are relying on me to do that is enough to keep me going. With me everything is a competition, you have to be better than the person to your left & to your right. Whether that thing be shooting, physical fitness tests, book knowledge, etc. you have to be better. Yeah, money is great don't get me wrong, but it's not the thing fueling me to keep on going. It's being better than others which is forcing me to better myself. Of course there are times where I'm like "Okay, no, I can accept a loss on this" which to me is totally okay, I'll find something else I can beat them at and use that to my advantage.

For me, my motivations stem from money, doubt, and the future.
As far as money, I've always wanted to see how much I can get.
Doubt is a really big part of it. When someone tells me I can't, I HAVE to prove them wrong or find out why they're right. For example my grandpa asked my brother, cousin, and I back when we were 14 how much money do we think we'll have for our first vehicle. I thought 5k was a decent amount so that's what I said. My uncle laughed and told me there's no way in hell I'd save 5k for my first vehicle. That night I asked my mom how I could make money, and we put an ad out on Craigslist and made a few flyers offering to do odd job. Flash forward about a year and half, I was 15 and I bought my truck for 5k on the dot.
The future is kind of my last ditch motivation lol. If there's a job coming up that I'm on and it's just a terrible job in a bad place, I think that I don't need the money that bad and no one is doubting my ability to do the job. I have to look at how is it going to look in the future. Ok life's going to suck for the next X amount of time, but I might learn something new, I might make some good connections, and it will just look better for me in the future when the company looks and sees that 002 was on a terrible job in a bad location but stuck through it.

I think what motivates me is; the fact to have your own confidence to do your own thing in life. That's one fact in life you gotta have.

it might sound cliched but death motivates me most.
Knowing I'll be dead soon makes me want to get the most out of life and not hold back in any form

My fiance is honestly my only motivation. Before her and I were together, I honestly was bored out of my mind. Despite having the money to do whatever I want, I was still bored beyond belief, I would even go as far to say I lost the spark in my life and was depressed behind it. We've been friends for years and after becoming a couple, I felt more motivated in life, things felt alive again and that's solely to show her I care and cherish her. Yeah there's time I lose motivation and don't care about things going on around me at the moment, but at the end of the day, I can say the only reason I look at life differently, is because I have her. I never noticed how much her and I actually interacted before we were together, but I honestly believe if I had noticed that she still was someone who brought a spark to my life, even if we were just friends, I would have gotten out of that slump much sooner than I did. In the end, it doesn't matter to me if it was sooner or later, I'm back to normal with things because of her.

My future.
I really want to have the best life, I really want to enjoy everything and have a job I love. My life isnt the best at the moment because of family reasons but I just try to picture a great future and keep going.

imaging myself in the moment, determination of wanting to be better than everyone. Knowing that i have goals stuck in my head telling me each day i want to do this, this, this and this, which gives me the reason to wake up and train hard, and knowing that there will be days you just can't be stuffed doing anything just by pushing though it = $$$ .

My cat motivates me because she slaps my face to wake me up and shits on my desk to make me clean it up. She wants me to work for a living lol
