This is the pc i have now, The specs on it are garbo and i need help finding out which graphics card and power supply i should buy i need it all to be in an 200 budget,

I'd probably get the better, Seasonic PSU. The best GPU you can get within budget is a GTX 950, and you can get a GTX 950 as well as that Seasonic PSU for about $200. The only reason I'd suggest that EVGA unit is if you decide to opt for a better, more expensive GPU and need to save some money with a cheaper PSU.

The R9 380 is well worth the extra $25-$30 over the GTX 950, but at that point, I'd say just get a GTX 1060 as that would be a huge improvement over an R9 380.
