Just go to your Subscriptions in your settings and there should be an option there.

it totally depends how far through month OR if youve bought the year worth of it

Only way I've seen it able to be cancelled is within a few days of ordering the month for 3.99

You should login to xbox.com

Go to subscriptions

and turn off auto-renew
