So this started a few days ago i thought nothing of it but now its pissing me off i tried everything nothing worked when i unplugged my hard drive it seemed to boot to the screen that says no hard drive is installed or something but when i tried with the hdd installed again it just sticks at the post screen, is this a sign of a motherboard issue or hard drive issue cause i also know my line in and mic ports make a loud buzzing sound now, all worked fine when i built it, forgot to mention when i boot it up it beeps once then restarts then beeps again idk what that means.

specs:
amd a8 7650k(over clocked to 4.0ghz)
gigabyte motherboard(only holds 2 ram)
1tb western digital hard drive blue or whatever
8gigs of ram(used to be 12 gigs)

that should be it, this pc was a gift and no its not prebuilt it was custom made and i hate it but gets what done
