So i heard alot of people saying you do and as im from the uk i bought the game through the means of changing to america and adding us dollors and buying the game that way.

is this true if so what do i do and will i lose the game?? for example if i change back to uk will i have to wait till thursday to play again??

I've never heard of any anybody being banned for a thing like that so relax man

It clearly states that manipulation of region/state(s) to obtain digital items earlier than release date will be punished. not sure what punishment but there will be something.

They can see what region the game was brought from, if you change back its going to look even more suspicious, although youre already playing from a british ip address

just spoke too someone at xbox and they clarified that you wont get console banned, took screenshots as proof

I buy everything with US dollars and I'm UK.

They won't do anything. Especially if you're trying to obtain a game "earlier" you've bought it with a certain currency that luckily has an earlier release date. I hope when I buy the game that when I switch my region back it still works.

They won't do anything don't sweat it, my account has brought from multiple regions because I'm too cheap to pay the full whack for things and nothing has happened to me. It does however state you could be punish if you get caught but you won't just calm down.
