Budget - 700-800 USD

Programs Adobe photoshop Adobe after effects Cinema 4D
Color scheme doesn't matter, as long as it looks decent
Monitor - Not needed
Keyboard - Not needed
Mouse - Not needed
Thanks in advance

You can save $30 on the case if you want, and get the Deepcool Tesseract instead($35-$40). You can save about $50 or so on the GPU if you want, get a 3GB GTX 1060 instead. Though, I'd recommend the 6GB variant. You can easily save $40 on the motherboard;

Though, again, I'd recommend the Z170 motherboard if you can since it means you can upgrade to an i7-6700k and overclock if you want. You could even find an old BIOS for the motherboard and overclock that i5-6500 if you wanted. Or, you could spend the extra $30 for an i5-6600k which is an unlocked CPU anyway, so no need to flash an old BIOS and what not.
