Hes only on for RM and the formation is RW so I'm not getting the 100 chem.

yes you do you need to put them all in the correct position for the formation that's the only downside but once you've completed them all it's all good

Tbh I think half the players in these squads are all price fixed.

I'm not too sure then mate. I just copied the team player for player, maybe you'd be better just biting the bullet and spending the 8k on Ruiz? That squad costs around the 20k mark and the 50k is pretty decent. I got Lloris and baily in mine
