Yes, this is a trinity motherboard.

I would suggest selecting either a coolrunner rev c chip using jrunners trinty timing files or a ace v3 using 15432's timing files (rgh2_tri_su_du_50_1 and cutting the post out and cpu rst as short as you can)

That's a trinity motherboard, all you will need is

Soldering iron
Solder
Soldering accessories
Ace v3 chip
Nand x/jr programmer

Then a computer with jrunner.

Google search would do you wonders believe it or not....

This is all I use and boot times usually 8 seconds to 15 seconds sometimes 30 seconds tops
