you can update or reset Bios by either going into Bios and selecting the reset option or if you have a Bios file update already you can select update in Bios and then select the file location.

if you want into safe mode or advanced Windows boot, hold down F8 while the system is booting up after it passes through Bios.

Seems like it's trying to boot into something that it shouldn't be because your HDD isn't being detected. If you are able to get a copy of an operating system on a USB or a disc, that would make matters much easier, as you could actually get into your computer to look around for what the issue may be.

Though you do not have an operating system already stored somewhere, still look for the order it's trying to boot in. (Like trying to boot off of a non-existent device perhaps) Another option would be to get to a working computer and download a form of linux to boot into so you can view files stored on the computer. Ubuntu is very simple to use though not the best, it would do what you need.

Get back with as much information as possible. The last time it was working properly, what you did prior to shutting it down the last time, if you had done something to the mobo or any internal parts, etc.

Edit: Could you clarify how you were modding with your motherboard? Did it involve any messing with the hardware on your computer?

I wasn't modding my PC, I was using it to run my tools etc. With my rgh, it was working the day before I posted this, I shut it off normally as I always do. Then I come on and I see the screens that I've posted in other replies. I've opened it up and there's one wire that is not connected. But idek where it connects tbh.

That's the wire there but it was always like that. Even when the PC was working.

I have the same model as yours and had a similar problem, my problem though was with upgrading to Windows 10 and my graphics card wasn't compatible, did you perform any windows updates?

No I didn't, it was and still is on windows 7.

Test your HDD with any number of USB bootable diagnostic tools that are available. If the drive isn't being detected it could either be dead or a bad SATA cable. See if you hear the hard drive spinning with the case open when you power it up. You could even touch the drive and feel of it is vibrating if you can't hear it just be sure to ground yourself first by touching your metal case.
