Alright so basically I got a Gold subscription (from the Xbox.com website) and it says it's activated on my account page, right? Well anyways, when I log into the profile on my 360 it says my profile isn't a Gold member and when I try and play any multiplayer game (specifically Call of Duty) - it says I do not have access to LIVE. Anyone have this issue before or know how to solve it? +rep if someone can help me figure this thing out.


Edit:
Also, please note that i have tried the following:

- Waited a few days for it to "Activate"
- Reset my system cache (three times)
- Turned my console on and off
- Signed in and out of the account (up to 10 times already)

if you want fast help then yes you should call them on the phone. But if you email them it might take a couple days

No go to the website. and go to Xbox Support you get a way more personal feel with the support representative. and they always work things out until your satisfied. Calling them doesn't give this same feeling.

I've been on a chat support with this lady for about an hour and I've had no luck in resolving the issue.

I also prefer talking in a chat room with a representative, its way easier.

Try deleting your account off your Xbox (just profile) and re download it.

That's what I do whenever I have problems with my Gold not showing up.

I'm starting to think it's an issue with the payment not going through, but it does in fact say my account DOES have the subscription. So I have no idea what the issue is.
