I just purchased UltimateBot and not sure how to use it or do anything. Should I use my main account or a secondary?

I'd use both, as it will just increase your possible player list / profit.

Just find some players within your price range and just start the bot

How can i prevent from getting banned on my main? I currently have over 200K on my main.

Think of lower rated, yet demanding players ie: Oscar, Rashford, Depay, Remy. They are packed often so high supply and high demand because their stats are appealing and they're fan favorites. Just use common sense of who is highly desired and highly supplied
