Basically every time you complete a mission you have to wait 20Minutes - so far 1 Hour, on it to install content AFTER EVERY MISSION. Its ridiculous.

thats because each misson is about a gig and considering you need about 28gigs to play the whole sp(almost) is cause its still downloading thats why

Why couldn't they just have made me download everything before I was able to play the game

You don't have to play the game right away. They just let you play it before it finishes completely because they know a full install takes ages. Best bet is to wait the ages all at once rather than be interrupted between every mission.
