Like I can sit at a screen all day for example. Aye my neck will get abit stiff but no sign of headache's or anything. Guessing it's different for people.

They are a thing, but I don't believe they actually work. I'm on a PC monitor and they're often better when it comes to eye strain. TV's do causes more strain on your eyes than a monitor would.

I personally don't get any headaches from looking at screens both in a well lit room and a dark one.

I use a TV so that's probably my issue, a lot of the time I can be looking at my TV for 10 hours plus a day..

Well since you do use a TV, the glasses might help I guess. I believe they have a yellow tint to them which controls how bright the screen would be.

I think gaming glasses are pretty ridiculous and I've never had any issues not wearing them, but each to their own.

I've owned 3 different pairs of Gunnars. They do exactly what they promise.

If you are going to be looking at a screen for long periods, its worth it.

The cheaper ones are no different than the ones I linked, I said I would buy those because I liked the looks.

I wear actual glasses for seeing. When I bought my last pair I made sure to get the premium anti reflective coating. This coating makes a massive difference, I found that the lighting of the screen on my lenses causes me a lot of eye strain. Since your looking for actual gaming glasses I would just make sure that they are coated in the anti reflective material
