I found this video the other day on Complex but I'm unsure if this is actually Banksy. What does everyone else think?

Highly doubt it.

Also what a shitty move to invade privacy like; that running after a person recording them no matter who they are is a horrible thing to do when they say not to.

Seems like it could be, unless it's staged for views, which judging by the 700k views, but large amount of dislikes, it could very well be. No one will really know for sure though I suppose

Banksy is a world famous street artist that keeps his identity hidden, so nobody really knows who he is.

I am highly surprised you have never heard of him. He is a world famous British street artist who started out with graffiti but soon moved into the realm of "real art" in a graffiti style using sprays and stencils.

There have been a few documentaries about him such as "Exit through the gift shop" and also an art exhibit called "Dismaland"

I personally have a 6ft tall banksy piece in my bedroom (Flower thrower)
