I did a test for my xbox on my network and my download speed is 68.00mb per sound but when I download a game its speed is 7.37 mb/s any help?

Hey I've had this issue before. What I do when my Internet download speed are hella slow I Press the guide button on controller > goto the settings tab > "restart console" > restart. Hope this helps!

If not you can cancel the download and restart if the method above doesn't work.

Usually a full restart of the console fixes this. I find that it's a good habit to do this at least weekly just to keep everything running smoothly
