I seem to be getting problems with my A40 M80's... Worked perfectly an hour ago, no I can't hear anything... Work find plugged into the laptop and people say they can hear me on xbox.

So they worked fine when you plugged them into the laptop and people can still hear you? The same thing happened to my tritons. Unplug everything consisting with he mic set. Blow some air into them. And then hook it back up. They should work than. And make sure that they're all hooked up and plugged in properly. You have the whole set where they hook into your Xbox too? Or just the mic it self?

Are you sure you don't have it muted. On the cord that goes into the head set itself, there should be a little box on it. Mess around with it by switching the buttons on it. Just to make sure you don't have yourself muted..

If you bought them from a store, it more than likely didnt come with a chat cable, you need to get one off of the Astro website and then have that running from the mix amp to the controller. Its only $5 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I just updated the controller using the USB in console, seemed to work

I think xbox is the reason tbh because my headset won't work brand new mic all the wires I tried it with an adapted and without. Tried the mic on 2 different xboxones didn't work
