Okay so i have tried multiple times too get the helmets & i know i am doing it right as i have done so on my PS4, however one the Xbox One the Helmets seem not to spawn after completing the steps needed.

If anyone else having the same issue, please let me know?

Which hats are you trying to do? Look up a tutorial and make sure you're doing everything 100% correctly. They work for me

If ur doing the keeper mask u have to do wolf mask first

As y0Smurfs said you have to do the wolf mask for other mask to show up
