I found a way to stream audio from a pc to xb1 (With some latency)
Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and download the application.
This application streams your pc audio source to a DLNA Device (xb1 in this case).
>The xbox you want to stream audio to should be on the same network as this pc.\\\\\\\\
Stream What You Hear streams your audio from you pc whether its youtube, spotify, winamp.
You should see something similar to this pop-up \\\\\\\\
Desktop Settings
> (I left everything stock but you are free to experiment with the sound qualities.)
You should see something like this. Go ahead and go to Stream to and select your device.(Xbox one) \\\\\\\\
Stream Selection Screenshot
Once the xbox is selected Groove Music should launch on the xbox one. \\\\\\\\
Groove Music on Xbox One
Everything should work from here on out. Not very familiar with xbox in general with the snap feature but mine seems to pop-up in this feature. \\\\\\\\

Sorry for the poor editing on this post. Not really familiar with their formatting. Hope this helps someone.
Have fun !!!
Good to be back on Xbox one. Its been a while since I've been on a xbox.

- Once installed into windows go ahead and launch the program.
- It should pop up in the app tray by the clock.
- Right click the app to select settings.

- Select PCM/L16 as the stream to setting like the screenshot above.

- Select OK after finished.
Then go back down to the app tray and select the application again.
