Call your ISP and ask them to help you sort out the issue if you've already tried everything you can.

You can try to direct connect to the router with a ethernet cable, when you connect with a ethernet cable, you will get 100% premium speeds, your cable company should have provided you one, or you could request one from your internet company, there free usually.
Make sure your living space, where the router & xbox is located has some furniture because the signal bounces all over the place inside the room, with furniture the signal will bounce less.
Also you may want to try to do a speed test on your internet, how would you do this? Go to google.com and type in the search "speed test internet" and click run speed test and then the test will show your connection speed rate and upload speed rate.
If you're getting less MBPS then you subscribed when you got your service, such as 50 MBPS speeds, then you should contact your hosting provider or ISP, maybe even try to turn off some devices, to increase your speeds.
You could also call your ISP as G59 mentioned.
Hope this information has helped you, you're welcome.
