I need to build a computer with a budget of 2k USD and I need to include a mouse, keyboard, and a fairly nice monitor (4k). I would prefer to have it water cooled and I would like to overclock it. I would only use this computer for gaming so with the budget I would like it to be able to run current games at High graphics 1080p. Operating system would be windows. If someone could help chose the best setup for the price I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Are the peripherals and monitor going to be included in your budget?

I'm a little confused with your post. You want a 4k monitor but only plan to game in 1080p?

A 4k monitor will take up a good percentage of your budget, are you aware of that?

Yea a 4K minister is not cheap, my dads 4K moniter coat him around 1k, but with that being said you could catch a good deal on one and get it relatively cheap

You could go for a cheaper motherboard if you wish however it may limit upgrade potential in the future if you ever plan on doing that.
