Hi guys, this has been going on for months now but basically my xbox freezes kicks me to the dashboard then my controller turns off then my external hard drive disconnects, all this happens at the same i've reset mu xbox and the problem still insists

anyone have a solution?

If you've hard reset your console then I'd suggest trying to get it repaired at a shop as it sounds like a hardware issue.

Hold the power off switch on your console until it turns off. Then try it,.
