That's twice the price of what OP was looking at. It's also a bad choice. 120/140mm AIOs are not worth it. The only time a 120/140mm AIO is a good choice, is if it is cheap($40-$50 or cheaper) and you're comfortable sacrificing performance.

OP - You can get a Cryorig M9a for $20, and it will be better than the 212 EVO. Or, you can get a Cryorig H7 for about $35, though there don't seem to be any in stock anywhere right now. You can get a Cryorig H5 for about $45, which is an incredibly good priced, and would be a good cooler to have if you end up upgrading to an unlocked i5/i7 or something like that, however it is waaayy overkill for an 860k.
