Whenever i try and make a new account and try to access the web app, i need to verify my account via email.

However i never actually receive the email no matter how many times i resend it or check that i have entered the correct email address?

Any help is appreciated

Make sure the email is the same one your checking I guess

Or do it via mobile its a lot easier

I get the same thing, so annoying but not sure how to fix.
