GTX 1060 3GB. It's better in a lot of cases, and still easily $20+ cheaper than a 4GB 480.

It's good no doubt but you can probably get one cheaper that does the same thing.

It depends on the game, and resolution, but the GTX 1060 3GB is typically better than the RX 470, and is the same price. The 4GB RX 480 is more expensive than the 3GB GTX 1060, and will perform a little slower than the 3GB GTX 1060, on average. The 4GB 480 isn't worth it anyway IMO. If you're getting a 480, get the 8GB RX 480, but the 6GB GTX 1060 is around the same price, and better. If you're looking for something a little cheaper, then the 3GB GTX 1060 is your best option.
