Im looking to rebuild or i guess build a new pc. If you guys could give some input on this that would be appreciated.

CPU: i7-6700k SkyLake 4.0ghz
Mobo: MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX LGA1151
Ram: Corsair 32GB 2 x 16GB DDR4-3000 PC4-24000 C15
HeatSink: Corsair H110i 113.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Case: Corsair 750D Airflow Edition ATX Full Tower Case

carrying over my hdd's, 1050w PSU, disk drive, and AMD 7990 6gb and 7970 3gb

my current build is

CPU: i7 3770k
Mobo: Asus p8z77-v lk
cooling: corsair h80
ram: 32gb ddr3 12800 (4x8)
gpu: AMD 7990 & 7970
psu: 1050w full modular cooler master i think?

my budget is really kinda open maybe less than $1200

Will you be using software to render videos and working with some ram hungry programs?

The only thing i would suggest is getting 16GB of ram if you're only gaming as that's more than enough atm.

Going to use it for a bit of everything. mostly gaming though
