In couple of months I will start working with my Dad and will have about $8000 saved up, I will be making about $3k a month working with him. Currently my Budget is about $35k on a Car. I'm thinking of getting a E92 M3, but I wanted know what other cars I can get around that price range before I make my final decision.
Also I'm only 20 so I don't really have much bills and that's why I'm thinking of getting a nice car.

$35K on a car and only making $36k a year? Id spend a lot less than that, even without bills.
Anyways, I would buy a new camaro.

You may not have many bills now, but you're looking at financing $27k? That's a $450/mo payment for 5 years at 0% interest (which you won't get so up that number a little bit).
Also you have to factor in insurance, and since you are financing, you need full coverage as per finance rules. On my 2013 Ford Fusion I pay $211 per month on full coverage at 18 years old with perfect driving history. A BMW will be a lot more than that but let's go on the cheap side of $250 per month on insurance (I assume closer to $300 but where you live also plays a big role in that). So now you're paying $700 EVERY MONTH just in insurance and payments.
What happens if you need something simple like brakes? Look up "E92 M3 brake service cost" on Google. The link I came to was from bimmer forums saying $2k at dealer. DIY he lists $100 per set of brake pads (so $400 for all 4 corners), and $450+ per set of rotors ($900+ for all corners). Forget about trying to buy a new caliper.
There's a lot out there for a lot cheaper man, just in general stay away from luxury vehicle until you're making $100k+ lol. A good rule of thumb is to stay away from BMW's unless it's a project car or you make a ton of money. Look into something slightly used, you'll get a hell of deal. For example, I bought my 2013 Ford Fusion SE sport for $14k, brand new it was $24,144. For getting a car that is 3 years old with 30k miles, I saved $10k.
If you want a nice luxury feel, go for a Ford Taurus (if you want speed get the SHO edition), if you want something showy, get a Nissan 370Z, Chevy Camaro, Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger, etc.

Just get a older model amg. Look at a few models, you'll like it. Don't spend money on a brand new car. There's tons of options you can get without having to deal with a dealership.

I plan to pay the car offsooner then that. Lets say my car cost $35k, $8k down payment put the loan amount to $27k with 8.9 interest payment are about $671 for 48months. With insurance add another $200-300 makes my monthly total to $971-871.
I currently drive a 2009 BMW 535i so I know the cost of maintaining the vehicle.
Like I said I don't have many bills I will be living with my parents until I finish school. My parents own small businesses and I will be managing one hopefully.
So I don't mind spending $1k a month on my car and I were to get a E92 M3 I plan on putting a supercharger(obviously not right away lol they are like $10k), rims, and other mods. I plan to take the car to meets.

if i were you and i was interested in a BMW then i'd go for the E46 m3, much cheaper, won't really depreciate any further, i'm sure they're a lot easier to supercharge/turbo as well.

I'd get something cheaper for a first car, go the Subaru route. Get an older STI or something.

If I were to get something cheaper I would get an e46 m3, but I plan to keep this car forever and plan to make it my toy car/track car and thats why I would rather spend more money on e92 m3 and not regret it.
