when i was young(forget my exact age) id say around 5-9. i would go to my grandmothers whose street was always busy on halloween with younger children and trick or treaters. this guy decided to walk down the entire street which is fairly long in a inflatable dick and balls costume. me being at such a young age didnt really get why it was such a bad thing and why my parents made me go inside but that happened to me. thats probably the worst costume ive see. for the circumstances. but its pretty funny thinking about it now.

The worst in my opinion is the clown costume. Scary & weird, especially when they do run to you.
