They're legit, but you have more of a chance to get banned/wiped using their service, so i'd stay away.

The fifa point accounts are stolen credit card details placed onto silver accounts that are used simply for buying fifa points illegally and then selling on to other people. The likelihood of a ban is extremely high, and not an account ban or coins wiped, your console getting banned.

I literally only ever buy coins, Usually from buddies, or fellas from twitter, using gold cards to make it as safe as possible and have never received a ban! This year is a struggle though as less people are selling coins on XB1 so haven't had much luck, but theres no way ill buy accounts with fraudulent credit card details that have been used to buy FIFA points, not worth the hassle.

If you think that then you're too stupid to insult.

consoles cant be banned for coin buying, its against ea's terms and conditions not microsofts, only microsoft can issue console bans, stop believing everything you read and you sir are the one too stupid to insult(those were your words)

and who gives a shit that they are obtained using stolen credit cards

Naaa tbh you are the idiot bro he never said EA console ban you of that you get a console ban for buying coins. He actually said you get console banned for buying fraudulent points which clearly is a ban that Microsoft enforce and not EA, you can try argue if you want but I've been console banned for using the old MSP accounts which are in turn are obtained the exact same way as the new Fifa points accounts.

It's fine though bro we all misread stuff sometimes

Yes IGSKY are legit:

Multiple YouTubers endorse them and I have used them once before with no issues.

I would recommend them
